We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to Nicolette's Beauty Bar. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly require that you provide at least 48 hours notice. A request to reschedule or cancel an appointment made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same 50% cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a fee charged to the card on file.
